Protection Orders
Protection orders can be a useful tool for dealing with domestic, dating or sexual violence. However, they may not always be the safest option. Some people are not deterred by a court order and may become more violent while others follow the court order to the letter. Please consider how your partner may react when served with a protection order.
We can help you decide if this is a safe option for your situation. Please contact us for help.
