Alliance Prevention/Education Specialist
The Alliance Prevention & Education Specialist will:

Plan & implement victim outreach efforts
-
Create & present educational information about domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, healthy relationships, healthy sexuality, boundaries, consent, and other related topics to schools, community agencies, businesses, civic organizations, and other members of the community

Create & present in-service trainings and workshops to other professionals

Create & implement public awareness campaigns

Create & coordinate materials and represent DOVES at community events
Basic Requirements

High school diploma/GED
-
Valid driver's license
-
Safe & reliable transportation

Current car insurance
-
Cell Phone
-
Successful completion of criminal background check, CPS/APS background check, and Driver’s License check
Work Hours
This position will typically work 24 hours per week.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Starting pay for this position is $15 an hour.
Flexibility will be required to fully participate in community events and meet the needs of community partners. Evening and weekend hours will be required.
