Our volunteer receptionists represent the DOVES Program in a professional manner. Their primary responsibility is to route calls swiftly & efficiently throughout our nine-county service area as well greet guests warmly. They will help create pre-made client files, manage data entry, actively participate in volunteer meetings and other agency-wide training & personal development opportunities, and complete other tasks as assigned.


There is a minimum 3-month commitment expectation.


8 hours initial training, and ongoing training as needed.
