Volunteer Client Experience Team Member

Welcome to the DOVES Program's Volunteer Client Experience Team Member Information Page. Thank you for your interest in joining our team and helping to support and empower survivors of sexual and domestic violence. As a Volunteer Client Experience Team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelter facility is a safe and welcoming place for clients who are seeking refuge from violence and abuse.

As a Volunteer Client Experience Team member, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the DOVES Program's staff to clean and prepare the shelter facility for new clients. You will also have the chance to bring your own special flair and creativity to the role, helping to make the shelter feel more like a home for clients during their stay. This might include preparing small welcome gifts, and writing welcome notes—really, your compassionate imagination is the limit!

We believe that every person has the right to feel safe and supported, and we are committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all of our clients. As a Volunteer Client Experience Team Member, you will be a key part of this effort. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to making a difference.
